Payment
I accept PayPal payments worldwide.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use a credit card through PayPal, Please pay for your item once your transaction is complete.
EU and Swiss customers: You can pay me with bank transfer, please contact me and I will send you an email with the bank account information.
Italian customers: Potete anche pagarmi ricaricando la mia Postepay.
If you have any doubt or problem with payment, do not hesitate to contact me.
Shipping
Products will be shipped by mail from Switzerland. Please contact me if you wish your shipment ot be registered or sent by courier service.
Upon request I can also ship EU-to-EU without customs declarations and clearance.
Please allow 24/48 hours after payment is received for packing and shipping. Delivery time aprox 3 weeks.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you'd like to return or exhange your items for "any reason", please send me an email within 7 days after you receive them.
Items will need to be unused and in original conditions for refund or exchange. All shipping costs involved in return and exchange will be responsibility of the buyer's.
Eventual claims for items received damaged will be dealt with my full support.
